Chef Drew learned early on that food wasn’t just about feeding people, it was about creating moments of joy. Raised on poor man meals he learned that flavor is what matters most. That love led him down every path the culinary world could offer. Beginning in 1998, he has experienced everything from the fast-paced rhythm of franchise kitchens, to the heart and grit of small-town diners, and the precision of five-star fine dining. Today, every dish he prepares carries that journey with it a blend of tradition, experience, and a genuine desire to make people feel cared for, one bite at a time.

D&A Bakeshop is a collection of recipes shaped by requests, unexpected moments, and curious flavor ideas. What began with a simple quest for the perfect peanut butter cookie quickly grew into something more—a space where creativity meets nostalgia, and every recipe tells a story.

At D&A Bakeshop, we believe great baking starts with great ingredients. Every item is made fresh from scratch using high-quality components with no added preservatives. Our kitchen is led by a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager, ensuring every treat is prepared with care, quality, and food safety in mind.
